William Zahrte -  Founder of Customer Sources
Bill’s experience includes automotive private consulting regarding loyalty and increasing market share in these tough times. His formal work experience includes being President of a marketing niche for the First Marketing Company a business and Solutions Company. His work includes development, design and marketing of the Loyalty Umbrella project.  Bill’s design and concepts have a marketing success and winning an ADDY award for outstanding marketing design and achievement.

Previous to First Marketing Bill was a senior marketing consultant and training executive with the Half-A-Car Company for 14 years. Bill was a founding member of this company through the sale to Reynolds & Reynolds in the year 1999.  During his tenure he created, marketed and trained specialized programs for all major Automotive Manufacturers, R.V. and Boating companies such as: Ford Motor Co., Lincoln, Mercury, Red Carpet Financing, Lexus, Honda and other Import Manufacturers, G.M. Dealers, Chrysler to name a few. 

Bill’s Other Experience
Before joining the Half-A-Car corporation as a Senior Marketing Consultant & Training Manager.. Bill was in automotive retail management, including Automotive Sales Management, Automotive General Management, and a Business Owner. While with HAC he held a senior consultant & training position for fourteen years.  His consulting assignments were based on a real passion for the automotive industry which also included Internet development processing.  One major assignment included development of a very successful BDC process called “Total Solutions”. This process was adopted by Ford Motor Company using it in over 1000 dealership nationally.

Bill’s Business Acumen
Bill is a high energy leader who is experienced as a "Group Moderator"; trainer; educator and decision maker.  Bill’s work ethic has a record of success geared towards "Financial Improvements", resulting from learned business development processing.  His "Resume" will show qualifications and accomplishments of the highest level.  Throughout his career he has implemented programs aimed at increasing sales volume, higher profits and customer retention improvement.

Bill’s Management & Innovation
Being an experienced and effective leader with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management Bill has demonstrated the ability to implement new training concepts, new technological advances and create innovative ideas for the improvement of bottom-line results with dealership he has consulted with.

Bill’s special passion is customer loyalty.  Bill has been published and is currently writing articles that challenge and push dealers to consider the concept of repeat and retaining customers as a valuable assist.

The Edifice Group is a special program that allows for the cultivation of current dealer customers to aim for repeat sales and allows Bill to add another dimension to Loyalty Umbrella, marketing for unique customers for each dealership Bill has the pleasure to be an advisor for.
